Libby Queguiner is honored with the 2022 Paul Harris Fellow Award

At the Sunrise Rotary Club's annual dinner held on Wednesday, June 22, 2022, Libby Queguiner was named the Paul Harris Fellow honoree for 2022. The award was presented to Libby on behalf of the club by Joan Sterling with additional comments provided in absentia by Sue LeBlanc Durocher. Libby's husband Loic had the honor of placing the pin on Libby's lapel and we were delighted that Libby's mother Cat could join the festivities as well.

"I was so honored today when I got the call that I would be the one announcing our Paul Harris winner," said Joan Sterling. "Libby does so much for our club and when asked to help they always do it with a huge smile on their face and say these simple words, “sure no problem”. I have had the pleasure of working with Libby on many projects with and without the club and every event is always better because she is involved in it."

Sue LeBlanc Durocher added these comments about Libby. "Quite honestly, I don't remember when this lovely women came into my cafe and said,”Hi, I am Libby Hyatt and I am your Sales Rep!! Maybe 2012 or 2013, not that it matters, but long enough to really know a person. It has been a pleasure working with Libby, and watching how she and Loic have created such a wonderful life and touched so many of us in our club and community. Congratulations on this Paul Harris award!!!! Well deserved!!"
