What's Been Happening

-Monthly board meeting was held on 6/11.

-Lori Brown (Jack Brown's lovely wife) passed away. Lori will be celebrated in August

-Kjell Dahlen celebrated his birthday on 6/17.

-Our club's annual change over dinner took place on 6/20 at Docs on the Water. We do have awards for members who were not able to attend.

-Jake DeSnyder attended the honor flight event held on 6/22

Congratulations!!! Thank you to the fellow Rotarians who attended to support Jake!

For the month of June/July

-Nominations for Avenue of Service will be accepted. The club will discuss at the 7/2 meeting

-Clean-up needed at the Max Moore tree house about 2 hours

-Clean-up needed at the marina, where the city marina sign is. Cutting down shrubs, weed pulling, cutting of vines, about 2-3 hours

-Help needed to set-up signs and banners before Mayor's Cup. The week of 7/1-7/6

-Volunteers are always appreciated for these tasks
