Molly Ryan  has served as Executive Director of the Clinton County Industrial Development Agency since January 2022. She brings a deep understanding of economic development, public policy, and community engagement to her role, drawing on a diverse career in public service and private enterprise.

Prior to leading the CCIDA, Molly served as Chief of Staff to New York State Assemblyman Billy Jones, where she specialized in advancing legislative priorities related to rural health care, infrastructure development, and environmental stewardship. Her work involved close collaboration with local leaders, elected officials, and community stakeholders to promote economic growth and improve quality of life across the North Country region.

A lifelong resident of Clinton County, Molly is deeply committed to supporting and strengthening the community she calls home. Her career in public service also includes serving as Constituent Liaison for U.S. Congressman Bill Owens. Beyond government service, she worked as a Realtor with Kavanaugh Realty and held leadership roles at the University of Vermont Health Network–Champlain Valley Physicians Hospital, where she served as Community Outreach Manager and Manager of Volunteer Services.

Molly holds a degree from St. Lawrence University. She resides in Rouses Point with her husband and their two children.

John Bernardi is the President & Chief Executive Officer at United Way of New York State. He is responsible for leading the organization's efforts to improve lives and strengthen communities across the state. Bernardi holds a degree from Paul Smith's College.
 
United Way of the Adirondack Region, Inc. is a voluntary fundraising and human service organization that has been operating since 1949, serving Clinton, Essex, and Franklin Counties. The organization focuses on building community partnerships and enhancing the capacity of individuals to support one another through various health and human service programs. They engage in fundraising campaigns and events, such as 'Rappel for a Reason,' to support vital community initiatives. United Way is committed to transparency, ethical practices, and inclusivity, ensuring that they effectively address the needs of their community.
